WOW! Welcome to my very first blog. Let’s take a quick glimpse into how this got started shall we?
Not very long ago, my life became very routine and very stale…. SO I took a chance to spice it up and I recently completed my Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training to become a certified Yoga Teacher! YAY, lets get bendy? Well, from there it stemmed. I figured why not venture out and follow that inquisitive itch to try new things.
